There is no better teacher than challenges that come along the way in our lives. The weak gets disappointed and demotivated at the 1st hurdle. But the strong finds' a way past it. No matter how many challenges keep coming up, the strong-willed will go over, around or even under each challenge until surmounting them becomes a second nature. When you look back at the path you've taken, you realize that it's these challenges that have only made you tougher, stronger and more determined than ever before. So, safe to say, challenges are good at least when it comes to cycling!
These are 30 day challenges (from the day you wish to start). They are divided into 2 categories:
The challenges are ranked based on a toughness level from L1 being the easiest to L5, the toughest. So, go ahead and choose a challenge level based on your cycling ability.
